• Hone your individual presence, front-of-the-room leader skills and how to best use them in different scenarios

• Identify and use the skills, behaviours and attitudes required by a facilitator

• Learns tools and techniques used by a facilitator

• Create and design effective group process and manage group dynamics

• Become well versed in skills to “create from” any given scenario RATHER than “reacting to” – thus finding positive outcomes in challenging situations

• Facilitate a values-based process that balances needs and perspectives of all
